My approach is grounded in the belief that nothing is wrong with you—your nervous system has been doing its best to protect you in the context you were given.
In therapy, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and current neuroscience to help you make sense of your inner world with compassion instead of criticism. We don’t rush to fix or override parts of you. We slow down, listen carefully, and work with what’s already there.
Healing, to me, is relational. It happens in the safety of being understood, not judged. Together, we untangle old patterns, process what your body has been carrying, and help your system update from survival into greater ease, clarity, and connection.
This isn’t about becoming a different person.
It’s about coming home to yourself—without shame.
